Fit-Out: Upcoming Project - Dentist Refit

The design and build project, now in the design phase with Johnsons creating the vision, will move the staff facilities in to a brand new external extension, creating more space in the existing building for a new surgery and redesign of the reception.

The customer brief; to create a warm and inviting welcome area, with modern feel. Provide a new consultation area for new customers, and gain an extra surgery for the growing practise.

Johnsons will develop the existing outline plans into a design that exceeds their expectations, and works to their budget. We will create a space that is welcoming and functional, and incorporates technology to cater for all potential customers and staff. The design will be perfected to optimise the quality and finish, meet the brief and maximise their budget.

One we get to site later this year, Johnsons will manage all aspects of the build, external construction works, M&E services, internal joinery and bespoke furniture. We will fully redecorate and carry out all of the high quality finishes to ensure this surgery meets the expectations of the client and enhances the patient experience.
