Overview

The construction of 6 residential units and communal areas to house refugees displaced by the Ukraine war. Project included M&E, Drywall and Partitions, Wet rooms and toilets, flooring and all aspects of the building fabric work required to create these exceptional new homes.
Works involved the complete demolition and strip out of this old office unit across two floors, with the high quality refurbishment and fit out works taking around 9 months to complete.
